Return & Refund Policy – MeuwGato

At MeuwGato, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items such as personalized products, pet food, or consumables may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at meuwgato.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at meuwgato.com@gmail.com

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
